MCA & DoLs Training Courses Overview:

The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards (DOLS) were introduced to reinforce the protection of vulnerable adults in care settings which form the guidelines of care for all professionals within the Health & Social Care sector. This course will provide delegates with knowledge of the MCA and its relationship with DOLS, ensuring their daily activities comply with both acts.
