Managing Challenging Behaviour Training Courses Overview:

This course will provide delegates with knowledge of the different types of challenging behaviour and teaches them how to manage every situation appropriately. Delegates will learn to understand the impacts caused by challenging behaviour and will be able to deal with these outcomes.
